We are incredibly excited to announce that effective April 19th, 2006, all Visual Studio 2005 Express Editions including Visual Basic, Visual C#, Visual J#, Visual C++, and Visual Web Developer Express will be free permanently!

Oh, lol now I remember. Do you happen to know if it comes with all of the com controls? A few years ago tried to do a VB program to communicate with a robot I was working on, but I only had VB 5 Standard edition or somesuch, and the com controls only came with VB 6 professional.

Of course linux solves all of mankinds problems..........
