Obsolete Computer Equipment!!!!!!!AHHHHH

My brain and patience have had enough!!!!!!!!! I am so sick to death of reformating, upgrading, conjolling, and limping along 3 & 4 year old computers that should be melted down! It is costing more for all the stinking upgrades and my time(and aggrevation!) than it would to go buy a very nice machine from dell or somebody. Sometimes I hate working for the Gov,..... They buy things on the margin of workability and compatibilty to begin with then kill it trying to do things that were never part of the plan. , , , ..........OK I've vented, I feel better, I just spent 2 days working on a Fujitsu Stylistic 3400 upgrading it from W98 to W2K and it only has a PIII at 400mHZ and 160mb of ram and a 7GB HD. :chain:

Right through the heart, my feelings are hurt, I'll never be able to look another -=DoW=- member in the eye,..........hey wait a moment I never see you guys,...OK Wiz M109s at 10 paces, opps better make that several thoousand paces!!!!!!! Gee I dunno, I was working on the Army base here in Anchorage and they had a gaming room full of alienwares for the army guys to play on. Then in this sort of daycare center type thing I was working in they had a couple hundred very nice dell's (with modified login screens to warn you that big brother is watching and waiting to court martial you). And the thing that really hit me about them, for mice they had Logitech MX518s, which at the time sold retail for $50+ apiece.
