If anyone has ever seen Bob Hoover perform at an airshow in either his Shrike Aero Commander or a P-51D Mustang. You would dream of nothing but being a pilot the rest of your life. His talent was legendary and he has set the bar so high in aviation performance very few pilots can match his precision, even the great aerobatics teams of the US Military and Canada. That's my thought, I watched Bob Hoover twice in my life in person. Just amazing, totally amazing. An art form with an airplane!
