Favorite Weapon

This is just a question to get a better understanding of the pros and cons of the 4 sniper weapons...

What is your favorite sniper rifle? Why?

My favorite is the M24, just because that is what I'm used to. Yet, I'm looking at possibly experimenting with the other rifles. But I need a good reason to do so.

Also, if anyone happens to like all of the weapons, then when do you use which one?

Oh man! I've been so mistaken! All the while I've been trying to pack my snow in with hopes and dreams! Hopes and dreams that are all too often shattered by a well placed Dragunov shot! :lol:

Try an M-80 in the middle, that's really different! Fun to now that I think of it. Make sure you light it before you throw. That completes the effect plus it adds incentive to throw it. :idea: :D

I prefer the SVD,
I dont know why either.
It has a better range of view, That could be why =)

I prefer a radio........ and a couple of guys in a B-52...... cause I cant hit anything with any of those rifles. I dont know whats wrong with my upper arms, but I dont seem to be able to throw those rifles far enough. They allways fall to the ground 2 feet from me and I never hit anybody with them!! :shock: Perhaps I should try and use them as a bat?! :stick:

I personally like the " changeclass F-14 Tomcat".
Has the stopping power, excellent maneuverability, great sights and targeting capabilities.

Also lets you move a little faster than the other guys too.

my favorite weapon is a Bear Kodiak 55# recurve bow with 2018 easton arrows tipped with diamond razorback broadhead. I also carry a slingshot as a back up.

Heh, Yea.
An offhand great weapon is what everyone suspects, a monkey.
Let one of those out and the whole thing goes down from there.
Only use in serious situations mind you.

Normally i would preferr bow and arrow or slingshot... but sence i only can choose a sniper.. i preferr the s24 on assault and the 82 on def... think that the svd shoots backwards cause i cant even hit a wall with it... dont thrust this weapon.. think its fake!!!! but the snow seemes like a good choice to.. but we almost never see snow in denmark.. maybe i should considder a watergun!!! :banger:

Hey Po!!..... my kids have a lot of small waterguns, and Im sure they would be glad to give you one ( I would, cause Im allways the target!). And the reason why they only got small waterguns, is because I want to be able to shoot with them also....... and because the recoil from the SUPER SOAKER throws me to the ground :lol:

Well you should not go out and immediately buy the Super Soaker 5000....you need to work your way up...start out with the Super Soaker 300 and take it easy on yourself.

I used to use the M24 most of the time because I was most comfortable with it, didn't really try the other ones. then I got into the m80 (er 84? can't remember, maybe i should start playing the game again. (as if I had the time(as if I had the connection speed anymore))) So I was using the m24 while in my set places and used the m80 for any cqc that came up or when I wanted to shoot 2-4 times fast (rare)

p.s I hate the mos because it's scope is such a piece.

my fav is svd the scope sux but it has good speed and not a bad kick and good accuracy(the scope doesnt move that much) but my next choice would be an M24 but i really like the dragonov 8)

well i preffer the s24 for genneral purpose, svd for fast shots, the mos for tenting behind the pillars, and the m82 for some heavy duty camping :mrgreen:

Personally, HK SL-8, Silenced and Suppressed, telescopic 4-30X Leupold electronic scope with laser dot projector, SimplSwing bipod, and a bag of cashews for the wait....
