LOL, ok so here is what i did.
I got wolf ET (Wolfenstine: Enemy Tertory) and i played it once and it worked just great. Then i sent the file to =[ESF]=Cyrus and i tryed to get on and play with him and i get this error that it can't open DSsomethingorother. Well that was a problem but not the problem im asking about.
To get the game to work i first did a reinstall (WolfET) that didn't work, then i downloaded again and did another reinstall (Still didn't work) so then i started jacking shit up. hehe
I went to nvidia.com and downloaded a driver but it said that if i contunied that i might mess up my computer bacause it didn't pass the something image test. So i didn't wanna termally ill my computer so i didn't contuniue.
Then i went to www.microsoft.com and download directx 9.0 (I have always had 8.1) then i restarted after installin 9.0 and the WolfET game still didn't work, but i went to check my AA game to make sure it was still working and there was the problem
I don't play full screen and when i opened it all the settin were defult (really dark) and i turned everything up but no change, i went to full screen and everything was correct, the contrast, gamma, and brightness all changed.
When i later went to look at my AA System info folder and that little thing in there that tell you if you system will run AA, and i click on it and it still said i had directx8.1 :? any idea what i did to cause this? or what i can do to correct it? (ex. what directx8.1 do i need?) Sony Vaio, Win XP, GF2 64MB SDRAM
