It gives me great Pleasure to announce that the position of;
"Senior Admin." has been selected.
This position will carry the full weight of my authority ie, the Senior Admin has the full power to ban any player from the servers.
If the issue is serious enough then will make recommendations that the offender should be banned / booted from -=DoW=-. Will make recommendations for any needed rule(s) changes that may be needed to keep the game fun, and flowing smoothly, and to make sure that the -=DoW=- Sniper theme / concept remains as rock steady as it has been over these past 12 months.
All issues and complaints will be directed to the Senior Admin. 99.9% of his/her decisions will be the final word.
Senior Admin
The Senior Admin will do all the hiring and interviewing any new admins, and the Firing of admins that are currently or newly placed.
Once again, his/her decisions on these matters are "Final"
While this position is not a true rank in the sense of the Command Structure of -=DoW=-, it does carry more responsibility and visibility then the -=BCG=- does. As we all know, or should know by now, the admins are the ones that make the -=DoW=- Sniper theme / concept viable.

Many hours of hard work, dedication, and the willingness to go out of his way to make the -=DoW=- servers a great and fun place to play. For helping the other admins when they have a question or issue. For spending countless hours admin'ing the server while forgoing his own enjoyment of the game.
