Active Members?

Do you have a rule on being an active member?

Meaning... Are there requirements for members to post in the forums weekly, etc? Or requirements to play in at least 1 DoW game a week? Or maybe just send an email to your Platoon Sergeant / Squad Leader?

I was just wondering if you kept your platoons & squads cleaned of people that join and then leave and never come back, etc.

Interesting ideas. I wondered about the commitment to the clan too. Honestly I don't know how these things work, but am willing to learn. :)

No rules, but I do think there's a special section on the Command Structure for those who've been MIA for awhile. But that's like, a long while.

Thanks for the replies. One of my other MMORPG clans has the member database tied to the forum database, so they can track the last time a member posted, etc. Then they just run a query against that and send alert messages to anyone that hasn't posted in 30 days, etc. After another time period the admins attempt to contact the person and if no response then they are MIA, etc.
