Today I notified the Army and all of our partners that version 1.9 of America's Army is ready to go. We are now entering the final phase of release, as everyone coordinates to change over to the new version and distribute it to our download partners. There will also be a bit of testing that needs to get done on the servers before the launch. While I still cannot tell you the exact date and time for release, I can at least happily tell you that 1.9 has been completed. Please bear with us just a while longer as we get everything ready.

Wait a minute, did I miss something? what version am I playing now, 1.7 or 1.8 and if it's 1.7 why don't they make 1.8 first? I'am a little confused now, can someone explain this? :oops:

Their attempt at 1.8 was a failure so they just continued to 1.9 with they ended up scaling back.

Ultim8, yes you obviously did LOL. There was a post on AA Tracker that was quoted here, that because SOOOO MANY changes have taken place, that they were going from 1.7 straight to 1.9

Dont however know where the post is anymore, sorry - maybe search on aa tracker

1.9 is running on both MARVEL Servers....It will not show up in game spy or the in game browser for some reason but come and join us in play the new patch.

No that was another error with the dang Tours.ini file on the server...had to grab a C O M P L E T E new Tours.ini from Homelan.

Hopefully the Army will get it out to all the download sites with the fix in place :D

Should be able to join and play them now.
