m4a1 on insurgent camp

I was playing insurgent camp in 1.9 and I noticed my team mates m4 had a red dot sight. Mine doesn't, how can I get one!?!?!?!?!

Drop your M4 then pick it up. That's it.

if I do that on an official map I get booted my PB!!!!

nevermind....lol server must have crashed, I just tried on another server and it worked. Now just to be able to get onto a non-crowded official server :?

You get it on any server, except i think you have to be a rifleman or squad leader, the rifleteam leaders get an M4 that is just burst and it doesn't work on those.

SAW, M203 and Snipers cannot get it ... the rest can just drop and pick up =)
