So you are currently at full capacity...do you think that you would be able to email me when you are recruiting again? Or would this just be a hassle to you and a waste of my time?

No,
We are not full. With the Current structure -=DoW=- can support approx 60/90 people.
But we are in the process of making some changes to that structure, so that is the reason that we (me) have put recruiting on hold for a little while longer.
