Tiny Flash Web Site for -=DoW=- /Added some changes 12-15-02

Hey all.

I made a Flash Web Site for us. It's completly in Flash. That's why it doesn't have all the informations our HTML site has.
It's not finished yet.
I have to add something to the start site, an intro and a few effects also. But most of it is done.

Looks sweet. I think you need a nice image or something for your home/intro screen.

How bout having a sniper shot (like from the m24, etc.) as the mouseover sound?

I think it would be nice to have DoW (Dogs of War) spelled out in your header. I don't think you mention what DoW stands for, etc.

Also, I don't know what bunny hopping means. I figure that it means just jumping up and down? But I have never actually been sure of what it really means.

Misspelled grenade in the Rules section.

I think it would be cool to use one of those face images for each leader. The images that AA uses. I think you already have a page somewhere here (or used to) on how to configure your characters looks, etc.
Or maybe just have their rank (like star for General, the bird for Col. and silver leaf for Lt. Col.) Since this is a battalion, the highest rank should probably be a Col. (I think, at least that was how it was in the USMC). Maybe even have a Sgt Major or a 1st Sgt to be in charge of moral and troop info, etc.

Does each platoon have a logo? If so then that would be way cool to show off.

Yep, I will add the Dogs of War to the site, there are a lot of people asking what that means.

I tried with the sound of a sniper, but I didn't liked it. So it's out.
Bunny hopping is exactly what you said.

"Grenade" is changed, but not in that version.

Yes, each Platoons has it's logo.
But I don't want to add them to the Flash site. The Flash site is the small version of our main web site, it contains the major parts.

Got to Sound FX and Sound Loops.
They have enuff sound files and other stuff, maybe too much. Took me a long time to get what I was looking for.
Nice source to get inspired.

The "skip pre-information" isn't an intro. It was skip intro before, but didn't like it that much. So I changed it.
