Server RULES and the FAQ LINK on the Header Bar

Seems as is there is a little confussion on the server rules.

We are still operating on the Old Rules that are posted in the forums.

The Rules in the FAQ section are Beta Rules and we are still working on that page design, and the exact Rule set.
