Isn't it ironic that these"babies" Tony Soprano says need baby sitting are showing that they are fine, ethical, rule obeying young men starved for the proper guidance? BTW We didn't take them away. They came, rather ran to a clan that respects itself, others, and the rules of engagement. Without order there is chaos.

JB, Stone you have said it all! I had reservations about cadets for all of 5 secs. You just have to play with them to see that all they needed was a break. Age limit was an idea of ridding yourself of the immature, one brush too many great players! I now love the -=DoWc=- principle. Who better to teach. Bring on the fine talent that they bring to -=DoW=-. people say youths, but I say Youth full ness. They will take over from us and some of them are clever enough to do that now, such is the generation. I fully endorse the cadets and what a great decision that was. Let me do some more babysitting!
