Since I'm new I have questions....

I got a tiny list of questions....

1) What do I have to do to get that super tight bullet thing that everyone has on their sig?
2) I have a picture that Excaliber made me some time ago and I was wondering how I might be able to upload it so I can use it as an avatar?

I'm sure my simple mind will generate more questions for you guys.

1. Smokierat will make the bullet, Deze will add the awards...when you get them

Part of the info that I'm supposed to send to Mac is the Company and Platoon that I'm in, along with my Rank. How do I find out about that? (I guess that would be question number 3). :D
