Flash Pre-Loader

Hey, our site is finished now and its all completly done in flash. I made it with swish 2.0, but i have one problem. i need to put in a pre-loader for it so its more interesting when its loadin rarther than a blank screen untill its loaded. Can someone please help me with this, and bear in mind i made it in Swish 2.0 so im going to need instructions of how to do it on there :)

can you import the Swish 2.0 file into Flash? i Also I do alot of flash work so if you need any other help glad to be of service.
