Just found the following link for advanced keybinding.

Modifing you key binds are easy just make sure what ever you want done is backwords... like: M=Report|callMedic (notsure if thats the medic command) so it will report then call medic when you hit "M" other wise it would look weird... Same with says.. o=say cool!|say is|say steev....

and dont do more than 4 says...
