im having problems with IE

i think when i flashed my BIOS for some reason it messed with IE, now every page i visit is cached so that when i visit the link, it pulls it from the cache not from the site, makes it very hard to know when a forum is updated.

BIOS should have nothing to do with it, but here's the fix.

Go to:
Tools
Internet Options
Under Temporary Internet Files
Settings
Under Check for Newer Versions of Stored Pages
Select anything other than "Never".
If you go to a bunch of forums, select "Every visit to the page"

Might want to clear the old Cache out also

Delete Cookies
Delete Files

Ok I know how to fix this.

Goto tools --> internet outions --> Temporary internet files --> setings --> and click on the "every visit to the page" setting under Check for newer versions of stored pages....

If That doesent work redise that amount of disk space used for temp I-net. files to 0 and it wont catche pages at all..
