Hey just did a search on his clan in seeing eye. I come up with 3 active members in the last 48 hours. I tried to track them in aa tracker all come back with user not found. Also if you are really bored go to his web site and wait. The 1st page comes up and you have to sit their for 30 seconds before you actually get the site, and when you click on active members it sends you to a page that says so do you want to join. No members listed. This guy is a real rip and has kept me entertained through out this evening. Later.

Yea i saw that, but I had to step away from the keyboard on that one. I would have gotten us all kicked out and banned from AA if I had posted what I wanted to about that comment.

I've made copies of all those pages, so that when they do lock them, we can have fun with them here :).. That way we can say what we really need to say about him with-out fear of repriasals from the homelan admins..Ie, they can not ban me on my own web :).

One thing the little twit forget's that if AA does remove the gamespy authorization, I do not need it to run a lan-game :).. Some reason the imature little ones realy think that in the "big picture" those threats about shuting me down are pretty much just that, "threats" He really thinks that having a server on gamespy is what makes a guild/clan a guild/clan.

After finding out that Skorz is gone for a few more days I now know why he hasn't been banned and blocked yet. I really wish I had taken some classes on Internet Law in college, because I am sure that he has probably violated at least 1 by now. When will the little jack@$$ get the picture? It is agreed that an ICBM could be used, however, the point is that NK doesn't have the capability to use an ICBM, thus making it a mute point in this conversation and about how quickly they can get here or not get here. The data concerning the 24 minute flight time was based on a Russian missile, so again application to NK is a mute point. (which I believe is VBI's point)

The term 'terrorism' is being used to describe the act of, not the state of NK.

However a U.S. nuke attack on North Korea would pose the same hazzard for the South, another reason why we would not use nukes as well. Not to mention that a Nuke attack on North Korea would draw the Chinese into the conflict for sure, which could and would result in Chinese balistic missiles raining down on the U.S. Mainland.
Any conflict with the North will no doubt be a conventional conflict. There would be little opposition from the chinese in that fashion for several reasons but the most prevellant is the fact that North Korea is becoming the "unwanted stepchild" of communisum....what there is left of it. The Chinese will not risk a full on conflict with the U.S. for the same reasons, we would not do the same to them as stated above. Thee may be 6 Billion Chinese, but many of them are starving, and their ability to be involved in a sustained conflict is very limited. Since the USSR is no longer, and Russia herself would not become involved, due to now full membership in the United Nations, and NATO. The conflict would not last long on conventional terms, which would involve Nukes, and since we already know they would not risk nukes......the subject is mute.
North Korea is starving, and freezing to death, they feel threats to the U.S. and the world at large can gain them prominence, as well as consesions. North Korea, has soldiers, and weapons, but they no longer have addequate operations to create or maintain an influx of ammunition. a U.S. led blockade by the United Nations would destroy any chance the North would have of keeping supply lines generated on a scale large enough to support a sustained conflict.
The only real chance North Korea has of gaining any type of control over their region is to re-merge with the South....although this would not have been thought possible 15 years ago....it could happen now.....and when that happens you have a thriving South Korean economy, that could put new blood into the United Korean war machine. Not to mention leaving 32,000 U.S. soldiers caught in the middle of a massive cross fire. Something like that could happen in the overnight hours, and would be devistating losses for our forces in that region. South Korea however is very anti-nuke nation, and has been since WW2. When North Korea announced their intentions to reactivate their Nuke program, that pretty much destroyed any chances of a unification at this time.
North Korea is in almost any direction "On Their Own". Not to mention that the U.S. provides 60% of their food, and medical aid. Who in the world at this point could recover that for them if we were to enforce an embargo of our aid to them....no one could really.
We are truly the one lone super power left, and North Korea is not going to seriously try to sustain a nuclear program. As one person posted this is nothing more than a ploy on their part to gain more aid.

I do believe you also stated that "private" aircraft could enter U.S. Airspace and explode a device over a major city. I think there must be a distinction made between "Cesna" class aircraft, "Lear" class aircraft, "Boeing" class aircraft. No "Cesna" class aircraft is going to fly from NK to the U.S. without stoping in Hawai, or some other U.S. controlled territory. A "Lear" class aircraft could make it, as could a "Boeing" class aircraft. EULAs, and TOS agreements, are fine for what they are worth......but enforcable to THE LETTER.....I think not.
First: they can not enforce ANY TOS over and above the original supplied to them from Epic.
Second: This is not "their" game. This is "your" game. This is just like buying a new car....and then tricking it out....you can do whatever you want to it....you own it. But if you screw something up in the process, you take the chance of voiding the warranty, and losing support.

As stated in the copy of the thread (From AA's forums, now on our server.) that spurred this one, Vicky had left -=DoW=- (My God, has it been a year already?) and went to -(Oc)-. Shortly after that, she went to have some major reparative surgery in her abdominal area, and then dropped off the radar completely. At least, as far as I know. I believe I recall hearing from her *once* after her surgery, and then that was it. Haven't seen her on in the longest.
