It gives me great pleasure to announce that the position of;
"Command Sergeant Major for Cadet Battalion" has been selected.
This position will carry the full weight of my authority ie, the CSM Cadet Battalion has the full power to reprimand suspend and or if the issue is serious enough then will make recommendations that the offender should be banned / booted from -=DoW=-.
Will make recommendations for any needed rule(s) or policy changes for the Cadet Battalion. Will make sure that those policy or any future policies are carried out.
All issues and complaints concerning the Cadet Battalion will be directed to the CSM Cadet Battalion. 99.9% of his/her decisions will be the final word.
CSM Cadet Battalion
The CSM (CB) will do all the interviewing to fill the Ranks of FSG's and Staff Sergeants and the Firing of any FSG's or Staff Sergeants that are currently in place or newly placed.
Once again, his/her decisions on these matters are "Final"

Many hours of hard work, dedication, and the willingness to go out of his way to make the -=DoW=- Cadet Battalion a true success and a fun place to for the cadets to be. For offering new ideas, solutions and the unwavering support for the newly formed Cadet Battalion. For spending countless hours dealing with issues, be it forum, personnel or server problems trying to make the Cadet Battalion a fun place for others while forgoing some of his own own enjoyment of the game.
