A couple of clan mate & I were on a public Bridge SE server. Played a few rounds & began to suspect a player or two of hacking. You know, you go to an unusual place, don't move or make a sound & they put a nade on you head, or 6 203 shots with at least 1 kill per shot, every round, for a couple of matches.

Well, as the story goes a player started accusing an [AASS] clan player of using a cheat. Well the player in question admitted to using a cheat. I looked up there web site AASSCLAN.com and found some intersting things. Most interesting of all is that it directed me to a clan site that supports cheating, evilbert was in the members list.

I remember reading in a forum (I forget which one) that stated the there was a clan out there that not only supported its members in cheating but didn't bother to hide it. I think this is that clan.

Please do some of your own research, in writing this the web site has changed but AASS is still there.

I personally do not remember seeing any AASS out there, thou I wonder what kinda following they have. If its strong, my bet is some really do think its okay, but others just want the excuse

It has been known that this clan supports cheating ... someone hinted that it was them taking over the evilhack project

Hello, glad you made it over here, and thanks for the welcome on your forum and servers, i had a blast, actually got blasted but hey.... :wink:

We have a limited knowledge of this clan, and also evilbert. We also have people looking into it. :wink: But thanks for the info :banger:

AASS is a cheating clan, and if you go onto their website, they make that quite clear that they support the use of EvilHack. They posted up disclaimers and everything about their use of cheats and how they dislike PunkBuster.

More than likely, they or Division X will take over the EH project, and continue to make their private builds. But those are assumptions, we still have to wait and see.

I had a lot of fun to the other night. You guys are welcome the our server any time :D How about a scrim, we can pick our mutual worst map & laugh it up lol!

Back to the evilbert thing. I didn't know that evilbert was getting tired of it :D Thats a good sign if you think about it, means that PB is keeping him very busy :D If thats true it's Just a matter of time before the new owner (?) of evilhack gets tired of it to :D

If I remeber correctly, Evilbert didn't get tired of PB. He was getting tired of people turning his project around for their own personal amusement. Bert created EH, and made the sourcecodes public, so programmers can get the feel for it.

Yea, he took the wrong approach. But when people started to take his sourcecodes, edit them, and refuse to share them, that's like stealing. That's why he stopped. So more than likely, Bert will be making private builds for himself and his buddies.

I doubt it was PB that scared him away.

Hey gang in case you're interested "HaHa_head_Shot" (not sure on capitalization) is definitely a cheat. Just saw him in a hospital server and he would not quit. He was using aimbot and radar. Somebody get him!!
