Come on everyone, this one's easy! Look at the slopes of the green and red triangles. They're not the same (red triangle: 2/5 = 0.4, green triangle 3/8 = 0.375). So when you line up the long edges of those two trianges (as done in the figures) you don't get a rectangular area underneath. Since they forced a rectangular area that means we're not even looking at two real triangles. :mrgreen:

Yeah, it would be nice if I could redraw the triangles so that you can see what I mean.

That is right the slopes are different. when changed you add to the top end
