I write the DEV team to put in the glass eye option
because i have a glass eye and some other people that play too.
And i ask them to put in the option to change colors of my eye so
i can switch colors of my glass eye and i look like david Bowie with 2 different colors. And if someone shoots out my glass eye some other team member could pick it up and trow it at the enemy. And they All freak out that would be cool. :D

But isn't that the point of a sim? To be realistic? While we're at it, why don't we just throw in a MEPS, then people like me with crooked spines wouldn't be allowed to play this game because our bodies aren't up to military specs. Then, half the sniper teams would get DQ-ed for sniper ops, because they don't have 20/20 vision or better.
