Pending Applications

I might be talking about a subject that has been previously covered, but I am wondering if and where a person could see their pending application.

you can see it only after you get into -=DoW=- i think it was in the Welcome to -=DoW=- or something like that. :wink:

Pending applications are not public viewable. applications are reviewed, processed by the FSG then posted to the members only section.

Then it take 2 positive votes for you to become a member of -=DoW=-.

The current methodology in place means it may take up to 2 weeks for your application to get processed, reviewd, then posted.

We say two weeks, so that you do not get the expectations that you will hear from us the next day after submitting your app.

Usual wait time is approx. 5 / 6 days..

That's because it's -=DoW=- members only. Not general.

They submit an app to Padgett. Then, depending on several factors, he either denies it or posts it in the Applicaitons section in the Members Only forums. There, we put our :2cents: in on the Applicants. Two positives and no negatives get them in.

You apply from the main website.

It makes you read the rules, while you are reading the rules, in approx 1.5 mins then the form to apply will show up.

PS. At one time we did have a page showing all the applicants names that were submitted, but we are getting approx. 30 + apps per month. That was a little to time consuming to post all those names.

as you can see, of those names listed, only 5 people got into dow. So the acceptance rate to -=DoW=- is less then 10 percent. And that page is about 1 1/2 months old.

But if we us the current influx of apps that we are receiving, we are prolly only accepting about 2 percent.

So, if, say, you were to get into -=DoW=-, would the information that tells you you are in be sent to you via. PM or via. e-mail, or other? I was just wondering, not trying to bother or anything.

So let's say that, maybe, one day, probably, most likely, could be, that you applied to DoW and your app was under review. You would probably, most likely, DEFINITELY get an email response. :wink:
