No -=DoW=- sniper servers

Since all the -=DoW=- sniper only servers seem to be down :( I launched -=DoW_beta=- same rules apply. How ever this is on my comp and a not so good T1 so lag might be a problem. Admins: the pass is the same have fun... I banned 45 people in about 10 minutes earlier when I had it as -=UH=- but hopefully the -=DoW=- name scares off a few of those.
