Requesting unban

Just today i was banned by -=DoW=- MauryMac for a tk that happened yesterday, without a warning, and i even explained to him that i was playing the game with my brother and we had been messing around, and i accidentally shot him when we were just joking around. Anyway i read that you get one warning and then you get banned after a second offense.. well apparently thats not the case, so if you guys can either change that in your rules, or unban my name, i would appreciate that.

If you are violating the rules you will be warned. If you are violating the rules again you will be kicked from the servers by one of the admins.
Since i did not tk him again, i should have been warned. If it had been twice i should have been kicked, but instead i was kicked and banned off dow servers for first offense, which was just a fun and games mistake.

Sorry, it was for a TK that happened on the 13th. It was totally unwaranted, just shot a guy in the back. You did not return to the server to apologize, or anything, and there was room, I waited for sometime, then when i left i placed you on the ban list. I did not have a chance to warn you, and from the situation, decided it best you be banned.

You also only told me (today, about the tk yesterday) that you were just messing around, not that it was an accident. And, if there was a tk yesterday as well, I am afraid what tomorrow may bring.

I don't remember what happened on the 13th, but if i tk on a sniper server its just messing around with somebody that i know, i have no reason to tk anybody that i don't know.. although i do remember an afk, which i asked the admin if i could shoot, and he said no, so i moved on... otherwise i was just messing around with a friend..what was the name of the person that i tked.

I was the Admin that was on duty when you asked to violate the rules and snipe the assaulter that was AFK. I found you to be a rude player and you were spamming the chat often. All admins take notes on players that they think may be a problem then or in the future. You did not give me a good enough reason at the time to kick you (however tempting). Therefor, among the obvious, I stand behind your banning. You may complete the contact form mentioned above and an administrator will review your concerns.
