I will be also going though the forums looking at the last post date of some of these peoples, any one I find that has not posted something in a month will be put on the hit list, then removed within 1 week.

Are you Platoon leaders / Squad leaders still doing you bi-monthly / weekly or whatever it was report in topics?

from the ranks of dow, and removed the -=DoW=- tag from thier names. They have been members since feb 4th and feb 26th and have had zero posts.
I think almost 1 month of not logging into the forums is a good indication that they are not that concerned with dow, so they are history..

Those culprits from 4th platoon have already been notified a week ago on the previous post. I am not going to chase them further - I don't care how many times we have to clean out non-participating members until we get a squad that wants to actively participate.

I know it is not my busness but can i know why they will be non -=DoW=- ?

I see -=DoW=- Psycho_Dad_CH on the servers about once a week. He is just not active in forums.

that's the reason they are being removed from -=DoW=-. If they have time to play the game, then they can stop by here and post that they are alive, and playing.

If all you want is to play on the servers, then you do not need the -=DoW=- tag.

I've seen charger on the DoW servers a little bit ago and he wasn't even wearing the DoW tag.

Oh well,
-=DoW=- is more then the servers. He can play on the servers with out being in -=DoW=-.. If he can not find time to post in the forums as requested by his platoon leaders, then he needs to find a new home..

He also needs to remove the -=DoW=- tag, so if you see him again, tell him to remove it, cuase next time he shows up with the tag, then he get's banned.

April is going to be quite a house cleaning.................

I'll only say this. I was removed from DoW for the same listed here on others. While I understand and agree. I joined DoW when it was still building. And I was told that showing how good a DoW sniper was important. Then the focus shifted from the game and more into a community. Promotions were now based on # of posts at the forums. I was unaware of this. Noone had bothered to notify me. Both myself and my best friend. Who is my neighbor and we are on an LAN. We didn't get notifed with an email or while seeing other DoW online. Some of thise might be avoided if they know. Posting on the forum is fine. But perhaps an email might be necessary to make sure they are aware of that posting on the forums is also required. I have obviously since bumped into Acedeal and got this taken care of. and I check the forums atleast every other day. Barring long shifts at work. This is not meant as a criticism. Please don't take it that way. If I had known that the focus shifted. I would have been more active on the forums.

I believe I saw him on DoW 1 today with a DoW tag. He just may not have changed his forum tag, which probably means his in not active in the forums. If he is not active, I say boot him.

Hasn't posted or reported in, since his post in the 3rd Platoon Contact Info thread. Snipe U 2 and Lago are trying to get a hold of him, I believe. But I don't want to be keeping an empty spot on the roster filled much longer than necessary.

All it usually takes is for me to remove them from the -=DoW=- member group and their platoon. Then i get a response from them. This way I do not have to hunt them down, and they realise that we are serious about being part of the whole community..

To all DoW Admin. and members of the 3rd platoon,

I would like to appologize for my absence and disregard to the forum post. I have had alot going on lately and yes i have played a few games here and there and I know that that is no excuse for not being more active in the post. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to stay a member of DoW and to be reinlisted into the 3rd Platoon. I do understand that I would have to become more responsible as a DoW member, maybe ya'll could come up with something like a 30 day probation period or even kitchen or bathroom detail. But atleast accept my appology and if possible please reconsider my DoW status. If anyone has any suggestions or questions feel free to email me at chadnkristi@cox-internet.com . As of 2000 cst or 0200gmt these have been removed.. let's see if this build a fire under their asses also :)
