Operations
We will watch all players on servers, clan included, and pay particular attention to those who are under suspicion of using hacks - normal rule violators will be dealt with in the normal way. We will record video where possible, check Tracker frag rates, and try to replicate behaviour on a locked server if required, but in some cases (no breathing, homing bullets etc) it will come down to subjective judgement. As all of us are well versed in the maps where 95% of play takes place, this type of judging should not be a problem. We all know whats possible , and whats not, and can judge accordingly.

We feel that once a player is being seriously considered, guilty until proven innocent will be the rule. These are our servers - supposed to be a fun place to come and play on a level playing field - and we work to a military structure, its not a democracy.

A consensus of 2 or more S-2 members is all that will take to pass judgement, at which point the player is banned. In the case of a DoW member he will be quietly asked to leave and re-apply in three months. If he refuses he will be publicly hanged in the forums and banned permanently. Paroled players will be watched and any further offence while on parole will nullify any reapplication.

Any and all players are subject to this. Clan Allies, Friends of -=DoW=-, and or -=DoW=- members are not exempt from scrutiny.

Do not ask who the members of s-2 are, if asked to join, then you are required to keep it quite.. If you divulge that you are A member of S-2, then you will be removed from -=DoW=-.

As more of this new "Charter" is put in place you will be informed.

Great but to make the game even more fun. It could be wise to add in the rules from -=DoW=- :Dont make accusations while your in the game to an other player.

Just report it to an admin.

It sounds like you guys are having tons of fun with cheaters. I am kinda glad I am away for awhile, no wait, I WANT TO BAN SOME FOOLS. Dial-up internet and moving SUCKS @SS. Hopefully I will be back on in about 3 weeks. See ya'll then.

Good idea
But make sure the people you choose for this job are competent to do this.
I know some are and they may train some other to do the job right.
So there will be no cheater(witch)hunt breaks out.

What that means is "If we think you may be cheating, we are going to watch you.. If you are not cheating, then you have nothing to worry about..You will not even know that Security / Intel are watching you..

So unlike the SS, we will not just show up at your house, drag you out and you get lost somewhere for ever...of course this is after repeating beatings over days and days...

myself I am a little offended by that comment, whether meant in jest, or just as an off-handed comment. If you think -=DoW=- is a bunch of "Jack-Booted Thugs" then maybe you need to re-evaluate the reason that you continue to stay here :idea:

We are dead serious about putting an abrupt stop to any and all cheating..If anyone disagrees with any method or language used to stop these lame ass punks, then I guess you and -=DoW=- will have to agree to disagree..

I will give whatever resources, and or 100% backing needed to our S-2 division to thwart these people that are ruining the game for the rest of us.
-=DoW=- and the -=DoW=- Servers are going to be cheat / Cheater free. And i will do my best to make sure that all the members of -=DoW=- will have a cheat free enviornment to play in.

Neither admin give me or to respectful Wurst, explanations about this bug, cause there is no bug. Wurst and I playing honestly, witness this only God, and you don't search for explanations why we're playing so good.

The inception of an S-2 intelligence division is a great thing.

I am new and have played with a few people I have suspected of cheating. They were just TOO good, but perhaps that was my inexperience.

It's good to know we'll have a "Big Brother" watching over us. I welcome the addition.

I also welcome the DoW's addition of "PunkBuster" to aid in accomplishing a cheat-free environment.

This is still a game and I would expect to play on equal terms with another.

It is past time to take out the garbage and I whole-heartedly think that the S-2 should be implemented and given total backing in their efforts to stop the plague that has befallen us. If only the cheating punks would have stayed on CS. Oh well...
