Is SPR changed?

i had read a post in AA forum talkin about SPR, they say it has changed something. i can't play AA so im curious of it if there is any change :?:

They make a modefication of some veapons in eath patch. Take the RPK, in 2.4, I think it's bouncing more. More recyle!!! And they moved the car on Bridge Crossing from 2nd to 3rd pillar, on Assult side. Makes it harder for Defence to advance on the bridge..... :8):

All I notice is that they changed the fire rate on the M9

I was trying them all out fired the SVD one shot & was looking at the skyward...Same with the Barrat
