TeamSpeak Viewer added - -=DoW=- Gamers

I have added a 'TeamSpeak Viewer' button to the General menu on the DoW homepage. This takes you to a webpage where you can see who is in Teamspeak. Clicking on the 'Admin Required on Servers channel' will take you straight into the channel. many thanks to Ace for the code

(Of course you will need TeamSpeak installed to join the channel)
